Bindia’s Indian food is inspired by Ayurvedic recipes and heavily shaped by North Indian traditions from the Punjab region, where Bindia’s founder and head chef Amer Suleman himself grew up. That’s why at Bindia we place great emphasis on using fresh spices and making our spice blends completely from scratch.
