Bindia’s Indian food is inspired by Ayurvedic recipes and strongly shaped by North Indian traditions from the Punjab region, where Bindia’s founder and head chef Amer Suleman grew up. That is why we place great emphasis on fresh spices at Bindia, and we make our spice blends completely from scratch.
