Kurset (som er på dansk) vil give jer et godt indblik i indisk madlavning, hvor I vil lære at lave sund og lækker indisk mad. Det er sjovt og lærerigt, og samtidig hyggeligt og socialt – og bedst af alt ender det med utrolig lækker mad!
The course is led by Amer Suleman, who is a chef, and founder of Bindia. Amer has much experience with lectures, and has previously been a school teacher here in Copenhagen. He has previously held cooking classes both in collaboration with Claus Meyer and Mikkel Shafi*. Amer is very devoted to healthy food, Ayurveda**, spices
Introduction to Indian food and culture. A bit about Ayurveda and the invention of curries.
We go in the kitchen and make Mint Chutney, Raita and Onion Bhaji.
We take a break and catch a bite to eat.
We go back in the kitchen and cook curries.
We make rice and flatbread.
We finish by eating our food in the restaurant. Also Q&A session and feedback time.
You do not need to bring anything to the course – Bindia provides aprons and cooking utensils.
The number of participants at the course is usually around 8-10 people.
The classes take place at Bindia by Trianglen from 11:00 – 16:00 (5 hours) on Saturdays and Sundays.
During the course there will be a small bite to eat, and at the end of the course, we sit together and eat the food in the restaurant. Beverages can be purchased.
Per person: 1.200,- (Minimum 10.000)
The price includes raw material used + shopping list and recipes.
