- Eggs: 3 (beaten)
- Onions : 1 (chopped)
- Capsicum: 1 (chopped)
- Tomato : 1 (chopped)
- Cheddar Cheese: ½ cup (grated)
- Black pepper powder: 2 pinches
- Chilli garlic sauce: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: for frying
Add some oil in non stick frying pan. Put it on a medium flame on stove.
Take beaten eggs in a bowl. Add vegetables, salt, pepper and whisk again. After mixing the ingredients properly. Slow down the flame and pour your mixture in pan. Spread into the whole pan. Keep the flame as low as possible.
Now sprinkle grated cheese evenly on the mixture. Let it cook for 1-2 min.
When cheese starts to melt, add chilli garlic sauce and spread it evenly on top of cheese. Wait for another minute.
Now turn one half layer of mixture on the other. Turn the sides of your omelette in pan once or twice to ensure uniform cooking.
