This may be a cause of an underlying issue but becoming a food addict just adds to your depression.

Having more simple sugars and carbohydrates:

It is almost everyone’s experience that having a candy or any sweet, one suddenly feels more energized. That’s however, just for the time being. Afterwards there is more low feeling.

Sugars in junk food, artificial sweets and refined white starches cause your blood sugar to fluctuate highly. This roller coaster ride gives your body a short lived energy yet you fall a prey to tiredness and irritation lately.

Keeping your body dehydrated:

Water is an essential part of our lives. It keeps the minerals and electrolytes of body balanced.  If you are not staying hydrated then you are likely to lose your energy and stamina quite easily. This lowered stamina in turns, affects your mood.

Missing essential nutrients in diet:

Vitamins, proteins, fatty acids, fibers and minerals are necessary to keep your diet in a balanced domain. These minerals and electrolytes keep our body as well as mind in good health. If you are lacking in any of them, say fatty acids, like Omega 3 then you can’t expect a bright day with good mood.

Dreamers, dream of losing weight in a week and even over nightly. Turning their diet to zero, to get the results, and only turn their dreams into nightmares. Such diet plans do nothing except causing you to lose your temper and stamina. Your mood is subjected to irritation and annoyance.

Well being of mind and body creates good mood and pleasant feelings. In order to avoid mood swings, stress, anxiety, irritation or so you need to avoid these bad food habits. Steady and balanced food routine can bring betterment.
